Shift Timings: 10-7 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence and calendar.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and create reports.
  • Handle bookings, travel arrangements, and reservations.
  • Assist with accounts, bill payments, and expenses.
  • Support outdoor events, shoots, and styling.
  • Manage social media, content creation, and strategy.
  • Conduct research and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
  • Handle household management, groceries, and cleaning schedules.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and staff.
  • Oversee kids' schedules and orders.
  • Manage errands, personal tasks, and gift planning.
  • Provide personal assistance, travel planning, and reminders.
