Job Description
You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/B.E. or equivalent with 8 to 12 years of experience. Your role will involve 5+ years of performance testing experience, out of which at least 2 years should include working with JMeter. Additionally, you should have experience in Testing Coordination and a full understanding of the End to End performance test process. Your responsibilities will include engaging with different teams such as DBA, Dev, or System admins as needed. Strong communication skills are a must, encompassing email, phone, and live-meetings. You should also have a minimum of 3 years of programming experience in any language. Experience with Agile/Waterfall development methodologies and proficiency in MS Office tools (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, & Word) are required. Familiarity with Continuous Integration with Performance Testing is preferred. Prior experience in Finance and Banking domain projects will be an added advantage.,
