Job Description

Performance Testing: Conduct performance, load, stress, and scalability testing on web and mobile applications to ensure they meet performance criteria. Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, including defining performance benchmarks and test scenarios. Automation: Utilize performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling) to create automated test scripts and execute performance tests. Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor system performance during tests(Grafana), analyze results to identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for improvements. Reporting: Prepare detailed performance test reports, summarizing findings, metrics, and suggested optimizations. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand application architecture, identify performance requirements, and ensure effective resolution of performance issues. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and technologies, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies. Preferred: Experience working with WebSocket-based applications. Requirements Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices. Experience with monitoring tools and analyzing performance metrics(e.g., Grafana). Experience working with WebSocket communication protocols is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.,
