Keywords: Load test , JMeter Experience: 10 - 17 years Designation / Role: TM Location: Chennai Job Description: Should has minimum of 10 Years of experience in Performance testing and Engineering Extensive experience in designing Performance frameworks and implementing it using tools like Loadrunner, Jmeter etc across platforms and domains Should have had the experience of doing Performance consulting engagements involving tool feasibility and end to end performance designing for client having a large application landscape (more than 8 integrated applications) Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. v. Has worked for performance monitoring tools like Appdynamics, Dynatrace etc Good to Have Has experience of working in the Telecom domain on BSS/OSS domain ii. Worked on Agile Scrum framework Test manager with extensive experience in testing and test management (10-16 Years) Should have handled a team of 15+ resources and should be people oriented Knowledge and working in Agile methodology and Agile metrics is required Should be good in test strategy, recommendations, testing metrics, Testing Lifecycle, test processes and test estimation Should be able to propagate and implement test strategy recommendations across SCRUM teams, provide test strategy and metrics recommendations to customer and other stakeholders Excellent client handling skills and oral and written communication, however respecting the principles of working with self-organised Agile teams Should also be able to coach and mentor team members,
