Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Specialist, located in Gurgaon. The Performance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and managing the performance of various processes and systems within the company, conducting performance testing and data analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing performance management strategies. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with team members to communicate findings and ensure continuous improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis skills Experience in Performance Management and Performance Testing Effective Communication skills Hands on experience in Meta, Google Analytics, Shopify, Semrush and other advanced platform for performance analysis. Detail-oriented and highly organized Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field Experience in the fragrance or consumer goods industry is a plus,
