Job Summary: The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., PPC, social media, display, and affiliate marketing) with the goal of driving measurable results and maximizing return on investment (ROI). This role requires a data-driven mindset, a strong grasp of digital advertising platforms, and the ability to adapt quickly to new trends and technologies. Your responsibilities: Optimize campaign performance by tracking metrics (CPC, CPA, ROI, LTV, etc.), running A/B tests, refining audience targeting, and improving creatives Own budget planning, bid strategies, and daily pacing across channels to ensure efficient growth at scale Use analytics and attribution tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Firebase, SEMrush, and Trackier to track performance, conduct funnel/cohort analysis, and uncover insights Manage retargeting campaigns, automation flows, and user engagement nudges to improve retention and conversion Collaborate with agencies, design, content, and tech teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and deliver measurable results Stay on top of platform updates, competitive moves, and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities Share regular performance reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations with internal stakeholders Who you are: 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a high-growth startup or fintech Deep understanding of mobile user acquisition and app install strategies Proficient in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Firebase, etc.) Experience working with marketing automation tools and MMPs Data-first mindset with strong analytical, decision-making, and reporting skills Comfortable managing large budgets and scaling campaigns profitably Strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead agency relationships Bonus: experience working on automation flows, user funnels, or CRM campaigns Why join zavo Be part of a fast-growing fintech reimagining Indias relationship with credit Work with a passionate, impact-driven team that moves fast and experiments often Your performance wont just be measured itll be seen, celebrated, and scaled,
