They are solving urban housing for young India on the move, better rental apartments in better locations at a better value for money. The are hoping to provide housing for 10 million people using the Build-to-rent model in urban centre's of India. Their office is based out of Whitefield, Bangalore.

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Programmatic Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing programmatic ad campaigns and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role involves leveraging data, technology, and creativity to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and test different formats for maximum impact. - Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to enhance targeting accuracy and ad effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest programmatic trends, ad technologies, and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, and product marketing to align campaign strategies.
