Job Description
Job Title: Performance Marketer Location: Chennai We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. The specialist will also support social media growth strategies as an additional focus area. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and maximize ROI. Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, report on campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, CVR, CPA and continuously optimize campaigns for better results. Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop data-backed, high-converting ad creatives. Identify trends and insights to allocate budget and resources efficiently. Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to assign stocks efficiently across platforms and ensure optimal sell-through. Monitor inventory levels and adjust marketing strategies to support stock movement and avoid overstock or stockouts. Provide insights and tactics to reduce return rates. Develop and implement strategies to decrease the Cash on Delivery (COD) ratio and increase the share of online/prepaid transactions Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing. Qualifications 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or D2C environment. Proven success managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, etc. Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Excel, and Looker Studio Ability to interpret data and make data-driven, creative, and budget decisions. Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page performance, and conversion funnel analysis. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
