Job Description

As a Performance Marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Your role will involve conducting thorough audience research, segmenting customer groups, and delivering personalized messaging and offers. Analyzing campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates will be crucial for identifying trends and areas for optimization. In this position, you will implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels for maximum performance. Collaboration with creative teams to create impactful ad content will also be part of your responsibilities. Regularly providing performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations, will be essential to drive optimization. To succeed in this role, you should have 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably within an E-commerce or digital marketing setting. A deep understanding of digital marketing channels like paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram), display advertising, and affiliate marketing is required. Proficiency in using marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager is crucial. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights and optimization strategies will be key to your success. Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques is highly desirable. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary as you will be working with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and familiarity with E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and marketing automation platforms (MoEngage, CleverTap, etc.) will be advantageous in this role. In addition to executing performance marketing strategies, you will need to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
