Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge and experience in the Performance Testing lifecycle and test process. You should have hands-on experience in different stages of performance testing such as NFR gathering, Test planning, Workload Modeling, and result reporting. Proficiency in script creation, enhancement, and test execution using JMeter is required. You must be capable of working independently on project performance testing with minimal supervision. Expertise in Application performance management tools like Grafana is essential. You will be responsible for analyzing CPU Utilization, Memory Usage, Network Usage, and various reports to assess the product's performance and identify bottlenecks. A good understanding of Databases (MS SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, DB2) and their impact on Performance Testing is necessary. A thorough understanding of API Architecture and API Performance testing is crucial for this role. Basic knowledge of the IOT domain, Hive MQ, Kafka, and Big data technologies will be an added advantage. Good communication skills are required to interact and collaborate effectively with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute performance test plans, test cases, and scripts. - Analyze performance test results and pinpoint performance bottlenecks. - Offer recommendations to enhance system performance. - Generate and maintain performance test reports. - Monitor system performance and detect potential issues. - Design and implement test automation frameworks for performance testing. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance testing. - Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools.,
