The role of an Analyst in the Institutional Performance Team involves being responsible for the calculation and reporting of various performance reports to portfolio managers, associate portfolio managers, client reporting and client servicing teams, custodian, and final clients. This includes analyzing the Account total return for institutional portfolios, preparation and review of various performance reports, performing QC and reconciliation tasks, reviewing and signing off the account performance, training new joiners, and assisting in SOP documentation. Key Accountabilities & Specific Knowledge required: - Meeting all KPIs consistently - Strong understanding of fundamentals of capital markets and investment performance measurement methodologies - Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail - Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach - Clear, concise, and effective communication abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively Qualifications, Experience, Education: - Any Graduate/MBA (Finance) - Up to 2 years of experience in Investment performance measurement - Strong Knowledge of Portfolio Performance Measurement - Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, is desirable Location: Pune, India,
