Your primary focus will be on Talent Acquisition, Engagement, and Development at an international level, enabling you to contribute significantly to improving public health worldwide. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with the global lead recruiter to shape and execute the company's global talent strategy. Your responsibilities will include creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process to ensure a top-tier experience for potential hires. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company culture by implementing effective strategies. Your expertise will be pivotal in fostering positive relationships between managers and team members through performance management and feedback mechanisms. You will oversee the seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees, as well as develop and enforce HR policies to maintain organizational effectiveness. To excel in this role, you must possess a high level of English proficiency, hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in People strategy & Engagement as well as Talent Acquisition for expats and software talent. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems will be key assets in driving success. A detail-oriented and results-driven mindset, coupled with a passion for creating a conducive work environment, will be essential for thriving in this position.
