Job Description
You are a Sr. Technology Architect with 11 to 13 years of experience specializing in PEGA frameworks and related technologies. Your expertise lies in Pega Application Development, Pega Data and Integration, and Pega Case Management. Your role involves leading the design and development of Pega applications to meet business requirements, overseeing the implementation of Pega frameworks, and providing technical expertise in Pega Reporting for accurate data analysis. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining Pega Platform solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, enhancing user experience with intuitive Pega User Interfaces and Mobility solutions, and managing Pega Case Management processes for efficient workflow automation. Additionally, you will utilize Pega Decision Hub for data-driven decision-making, conduct assessments, create customer billing inquiries and reports, authorize customer bill invoice adjustments, and mentor junior developers to foster continuous learning and improvement. Ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements, monitoring and troubleshooting Pega applications for timely resolutions to issues are also part of your responsibilities. You should possess a strong background in Pega Application Development and Pega Data and Integration, demonstrate expertise in Pega Case Management and Pega Decision Hub, and have experience in customer billing inquiries and reports. Proficiency in authorizing customer bill invoice adjustments, excellent English language skills, leadership skills to mentor development teams, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.
