Job Description A Pega Sr. developer, who would be responsible for Analyze the requirements and implement technical solutions on Pega version 8.x Take ownership of the application development and ensure quality deliverables through best practices. Support technical lead in estimation and design Support in product deployment activities Provide regular updates to the lead/Architect on implementation progress and outstanding issues Manage technical rollouts and post-deliverable activities Mentor and guide technical teams Identify technical risks and mitigation plans Must be able to communicate the solution to customer stakeholders, technical SMEs Should be able to manage the application demo Role & Responsibilities Analyze the requirements and implement technical solutions Take ownership of the application development and ensure quality deliverables through best practices.
