As an innovative IT solutions provider in Mangalore specializing in Library Archiving Software and Software Testing Services, Abotts is seeking a skilled and experienced Pega Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander). Collaborating with business analysts, architects, and other developers, you will contribute to delivering scalable and maintainable business solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop BPM solutions using Pega PRPC 7.x / 8.x platform. - Analyze business requirements and convert them into high-quality technical solutions. - Implement integration components using SOAP, REST, JMS, and other APIs. - Develop user interfaces using UI rules, flows, activities, and declarative rules. - Participate in full software development life cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and improve processes and solutions. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. - Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC development. - Strong understanding of Pega architecture, data modeling, and rule resolution. - Experience with Pega integration services, connectors, and services. - Knowledge of Pega case management, decisioning, and workflows. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Pega CSA or CSSA certification is preferred. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub, Robotics, or DevOps tools. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
