You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans for PEGA CDH applications. Your role will involve performing functional, integration, regression, and performance testing on PEGA CDH components. It will be crucial to validate Next-Best-Action (NBA), real-time decisioning, and adaptive analytics models. Utilizing automation tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with developers, architects, and business teams is necessary to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes. Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to decisioning workflows, data flows, and interaction history will also fall under your purview. Compliance with industry best practices in PEGA CDH testing methodologies is another key aspect of this role. In order to excel in this position, you should possess at least 2 years of experience in PEGA CDH testing. A strong understanding of PEGA CDH architecture, NBA strategies, and adaptive analytics is required. Hands-on experience in functional and automation testing will be beneficial. Knowledge of Decision Data Store (DDS), data flows, and integration testing is essential for this role. Familiarity with SQL queries for data validation is also necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be valuable assets in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
