This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, compliant proposals that align with client expectations and business goals. Job Description: Bid Coordination: Manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to proposal submission Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective bid strategies to enhance win rates Team Management: Assemble and lead bid teams, ensuring alignment with bid goals and timelines Proposal Creation: Develop precise, compelling, and compliant bid documents Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure proposal quality Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand requirements and address concerns Compliance: Ensure all submissions meet client specifications and internal governance standards Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to inform bid decisions Post-Bid Activities: Manage post-submission tasks such as presentations, clarifications, and negotiations Requirement: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field Proven experience in bid management, preferably with Pega solutions Pega certifications (e.g., CSA, CSSA) are highly desirable Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and legal Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis in the IT services domain,
