The Senior Manager in P&C Insurance based in Pune should possess a minimum of 12+ years of experience in the P&C Insurance domain, demonstrating expertise and a strong understanding of Industry Trends. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in managing P&C Insurance Operations for a prominent US-based Insurer, particularly in Underwriting for Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines. Previous experience in managing a team size of 200+ and leading major transformation projects resulting in significant benefits is essential. Moreover, the candidate should have a track record of handling RFPs, proactive proposals, and developing impactful presentations (PPTs) for both internal and external stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include AINS/CPCU Certification, Black Belt/Green Belt Certification, managing Blended Operations (Contact Center + Backoffice), and experience in overseeing Licensed Functions in P&C Insurance such as Producer, Adjuster, TPA, and Underwriter. As the Senior Manager, the responsibilities will involve managing the delivery of processes throughout the P&C Value Chain across multiple locations with a team size of 200+. The role requires identifying additional business opportunities, contributing to the P&C COE, and focusing on developing specialized skills in the P&C domain within the organization. Key Skills required for this role include expertise in Property and Casualty Insurance, and the candidate should hold a B.Com General degree.
