The ideal candidate for this role will have experience collaborating with clients and businesses to gather and document requirements, as well as aligning these requirements with standard Oracle Cloud features. Additionally, you will play a key role in recognizing areas for process enhancement and crafting future business process workflows. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - Previous experience in Oracle Cloud implementation - Previous experience in Cloud HR with expertise in HCM extracts, HDLs, OTBI & BIP Reports, Fast Formulas, etc. Minimum Years of Experience: - 7+ years in a similar consulting position or relevant business background Responsibilities: - Proficiency in HCM extracts, HDLs, OTBI & BIP Reports, Fast Formulas, etc. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Capable of working effectively within a team environment. - Self-driven with the ability to strategize work efforts and manage priorities. - Meticulous attention to detail. - Identify business needs and align them with Oracle Cloud features. - Recognize feature gaps and develop effective solutions. - Configure Oracle Cloud to meet client specifications and document application configurations. - Assist clients in executing test scripts. - Provide regular status updates and issue reports to the Project Manager.,
