Job Description
Coordinating with Clients/Locations for Required data and documents. Verifying the data/documents & raising queries wherever required clarifications. To be escalated if the same is not received in agreed timelines. Preparing the Salary Templates & Uploading the same in system. Checking Output like Salary Calculation, Statutory Deductions. Sending Output to Client for Approval after which Invoice to be raised to the Client. Monthly Processing of Salary, Reimbursement & Full and Final Settlements. Ensuring applicable compliance deduction Like PF, ESIC, PT, ITAX, MLWF, ETC. Providing & Maintaining Annual bonus & leave encashment data Required Candidate profile: B. Com Graduate /MBA Should be a Self-starter & good team player Should be able to handle the task within timeframe. Should be able to manage multiple tasks in limited period.
