Job Description
The ideal candidate for this remote position will have experience collaborating with clients and businesses to comprehend and document requirements, along with mapping those requirements to standard Oracle Cloud functionality. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying areas for process improvement and creating future business process flows. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree - Previous experience with Oracle Cloud implementation - Prior experience with Cloud HR, including expertise in HCM extracts, HDLs, OTBI & BIP Reports, Fast Formulas, etc. Minimum Years of Experience: - 7+ years of experience in a similar consulting role or relevant business experience Responsibilities: - Proficiency in HCM extracts, HDLs, OTBI & BIP Reports, Fast Formulas, etc. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal abilities - Capable of working effectively in a team setting - Self-motivated with the ability to plan work efforts and manage priorities - Detail-oriented with keen attention to accuracy - Identify business requirements and align them with Oracle Cloud functionality - Recognize functionality gaps and devise solutions - Configure Oracle Cloud to fulfill client needs and document application setups - Assist clients in executing test scripts - Regularly provide status updates and issue reports to the Project Manager If you are interested, please submit your resume directly to: n.mahesh@centraprise.com Thank you, Nilange Mahesh,
