Preparing reconciliation statements month on month. Processing Full and Final settlements including Leave encashment, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory benefits. Manage joining and exits in EPFO and ESIC portal. Requirements: Should be an expert in Microsoft Excel. Should know macros, VLOOKUP and other advanced Excel formulas. Should have good knowledge of PF, ESIC, Med Claim, Gratuity, and National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). Should have strong numerical and analytical abilities. Should have good Communication Skills both spoken and written. Should have good knowledge of compensation structure and labour compliances.
