Job Description
You will be responsible for managing salary details received from the HR department, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Additionally, you will oversee employee loan applications in alignment with company policies. Your role will involve ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements, including Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS). Furthermore, you will be tasked with preparing monthly comparative salary statements and providing insights into significant variations, offering explanations for any increases or decreases. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. This is a full-time position based in Mulund, with a salary range of 1.80LPA to 2.40LPA. Prior experience in compliance with statutory requirements and working in a CA Firm would be advantageous.
