JOB DESCRIPTION Designations: Live Ops KRA: What will you do Ensuring round-the-clock monitoring, reporting and closures on time to ensure minimum impact on business. Help Product and Tech teams debottleneck any dependency from Gateways, Banks and other third-party teams. Work closely with other cross-functional teams to help address escalations. What you'll bring Ability to effectively manage time, priorities tasks and work within deadlines with littlle supervision. Ownership with a clear bias for action. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely closure of tasks.
