As a Pattern Master with over 10 years of hands-on experience in draping and pattern drafting, especially for Western & Indo-Western women's wear, your role will involve creating precise patterns for a variety of Western & Indo-Western silhouettes. You will specialize in draped garments, structured & fluid styles, working closely with designers to bring their vision to life in 3D. Your must-have skills include expertise in draping for dresses, gowns, jackets, saree-gowns, etc., as well as a deep knowledge of fabrics, fall, and fit. You should also be proficient in pattern grading, garment construction, and have experience in both manual and CAD-based pattern making where applicable. The types of garments you will be working on include gowns, jumpsuits, saree-drapes, lehenga-fusion styles, and structured jackets. Preferred qualities for this role include being a creative problem solver, having an eye for proportion & finishing, and being able to effectively guide sampling teams. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a yearly bonus.
