You are a skilled Pattern Maker & Fit Specialist with experience in Browzwear VStitcher, eager to join our womens apparel team. Your key responsibilities include developing precise first patterns from designer sketches and tech packs using Browzwear VStitcher, creating 3D garment simulations for fit and design evaluation, participating in fit sessions, collaborating with designers and overseas factories to maintain garment quality, and ensuring patterns are production-ready with graded specs and construction details. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 3 years of experience in pattern making and fitting, specifically in womens apparel, along with a strong proficiency in Browzwear VStitcher. You should have a solid understanding of garment construction and fit standards, the ability to effectively interpret and apply fit corrections, and prior experience working with overseas production.
