Job Description
We are looking for a person who can support the design team & ensure the seamless production of the metal parts. 1. Understand the quality requirement for the manufacturing parts & clearly communicate it with the vendor. 2. Create detailed designs for metal components using software (MS Office, Fusion360), ensuring they meet specifications and performance criteria. 2. Understand the manufacturing process limitation & convey the same to the design team. 3. Coordinate with vendors, understand the tooling & fixture required for manufacturing of the parts & get the tooling done. 4. Get the quotation from the vendor, negotiate & finalize the rate. 5. Managing and ensuring vendor suppliers and services according to project timelines 6. Taking follow up with the vendors for the prototypes & production orders. 7. Developing & sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
