We are seeking a skilled and passionate Patisserie chef to join our team at PTR. As a Patisserie chef you will be responsible for curating a harmonious and diverse menu that fits our mission and ambition to be the number 1 Team room in Gurugram. In this pursuit you will be creating a delightful array of pastries, cakes and baked goods that complement our tea room and enchant our patrons. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in enhancing the overall dining experience for our patrons. Requirements Experience as a Patisserie chef in a similar role (3-4 years experience) Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients and baking methods. Design artisanal sandwiches with popular and innovative fillings. Whip up soul-soothing soups that satisfy the palate across all season & days. Create a delightful, consistent and successful culinary experience complete with Cakes, Pastries, Sandwiches, soups & Salads. Bring innovation to our tea-based beverages and pairings. Creative flair for designing visually appealing and delicious items served at PTR Oversee day to day kitchen operations ensuring efficiency and team work.
