You should possess 1-3 years of experience as a Patient Relation Executive or in a related role, with the option for experience as a medical representative to be considered. A demonstrated understanding and background in the healthcare industry, particularly within a hospital or healthcare environment, is required. Proficiency in both Malayalam and English, in written and verbal forms, is necessary. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively engage with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities are essential for this role. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time position.
