Job Description
As an Associate Patient Data Specialist, you will work independently to assess subject data collaboratively with study teams or other departments to determine the best approaches for data manipulation. You will lead discussions to explore strategies and practices tailored to trial-specific needs and diverse data sources, contributing valuable insights to optimize subject data and trial outcomes. Your role involves reviewing subject data with a data analytic mindset, identifying trends, risks, and areas for optimization as the trial progresses. You will prepare and analyze clinical trial patient datasets, adapting to evolving trial requirements. Providing concise updates to study teams and key stakeholders based on processed data reviews is an essential aspect of your responsibilities. Continuous learning and professional development are key components of this position. By engaging with mentors, attending events, and contributing to department documents, you will enhance your skills in programming, technology, clinical trials, and the pharmaceutical industry. Collaborating with mentors to implement best practices will further enrich your knowledge base.
