Sales interactions should be patient-centric, and you will be tasked with convincing patients to commit to treatment programs based on their diagnosis and prescribed treatment. It will be essential to establish an empathetic tone to address any patient complaints or conflicts and prioritize patient satisfaction throughout their journey to foster long-term relationships.
