Partnerships Manager- New Publisher Acquisition and Management Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (India) Experience: 5+ Years We are looking for a results-driven Partnership Manager to join our expanding performance marketing team. This role involves identifying and acquiring new publisher partners, exploring fresh performance marketing opportunities, and maximizing revenue through upselling existing partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving Optimise Media's growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Publisher Acquisition Identify, qualify, and recruit high-potential publishers that align with Optimise Medias strategic vision. Develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns to attract and onboard new publishers. Foster and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing publisher partners. Opportunity Identification Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth areas within the performance marketing landscape. Analyze market data to uncover new revenue streams and partnership opportunities. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to capitalize on untapped markets. Upselling & Cross-Selling Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing publisher partners. Create customized proposals to address specific needs and maximize revenue potential. Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms for both parties. Performance Management Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of publisher partnerships. Implement strategies to enhance performance and optimize ROI for both Optimise Media and its partners. Generate and present data-driven performance reports with actionable insights. Required Skills & Experience Must-Have Qualifications Proven experience in publisher acquisition and upselling within the performance marketing industry. In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and content marketing. Strong understanding of various performance marketing models (CPA, CPL, CPC, etc.). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal. Strong negotiation and deal-closing expertise. Core Competencies Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and market dynamics.
