Key Details:
Position: Partnership Associate
Experience: 1+ years in partnerships/business development
Industry Background: IT Services, EdTech, E-commerce, Banking, Real Estate
Salary: Up to 5 LPA
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Local female candidates only)
Mode: Work from Office
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to Max 15 Days
Interview Rounds: 2 Technical + 1 HR
Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture existing partner relationships
Identify and onboard new partners
Drive partnership strategies for referrals and revenue
Collaborate on joint offerings and campaigns
Track and report partnership performance metrics
Must Have:
Excellent communication & client handling skills
Strong relationship-building & negotiation skills
Understanding of e-commerce platforms (added advantage)
