We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our GSI Alliances team as Senior Partner Alliances Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with the company's overarching objective, goals, and strategies. Your Impact: Developing and implementing partnership and alliance strategies Identifying potential partnership opportunities and collaboration areas Define and Deliver Direct Sales Quotas backed by a 3-year growth plan Conducting market research and competitor analysis for partnerships Negotiating and managing partnership agreements and contracts Tracking and reporting on partnership performance and ROI Developing joint marketing and promotional activities with partners Identifying and addressing partnership challenges and issues Bringing outside in feedback, working with a matrixed organization to deliver product enhancements Contributing to partnership program growth and success. Staying updated with industry trends and partnership developments Your Experience You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Minimum of 18 years in Sales with at least 3 years in managing GSI partners. You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) and ability to forecast numbers for Predictability.
