About Us We are an IT consulting firm that specializes in implementations, data management, business intelligence, reporting, and support for solutions like Dynamics 365 CRM and Salesforce. Role Overview Were looking for a part-time Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer who brings deep expertise in CRM development, SQL, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, understands data structures, and is available during Eastern Time (EST) business hours. Key Responsibilities Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based on client needs. Develop custom reports and dashboards using SSRS, Power BI, and FetchXML. Write and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data extracts. Understand and map complex CRM data relationships. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver technical solutions. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing CRM environments. Required Qualifications 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Write advanced T-SQL queries and stored procedures for data transformation, cleansing, and reporting. Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Experience with report development tools (SSRS, Power BI, FetchXML). Deep understanding of CRM data models and entity relationships. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other business systems. Availability during a major part of Eastern Time (EST) hours. Nice to Have Experience with AMS platforms (e.g., Protech, Cobalt). Salesforce experience is a plus Familiarity with nonprofit/association sector.
