Job Description

Painter We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in painting or a related field and a strong eye for detail. You will be responsible for performing a variety of painting tasks to maintain the aesthetics and quality standards of our premises. Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed Apply paints, varnishes, and finishes using appropriate tools (brushes, rollers, sprayers) Mix and match paint colors to ensure accurate finishes Repair and touch up existing paintwork and wall surfaces Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking tape Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after projects Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear as required Assist with general maintenance tasks when necessary Communicate project progress and any issues to the supervisor Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in painting or general maintenance Basic knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Physical stamina and the ability to work on ladders or in tight spaces Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required Professional behavior and a team-oriented attitude Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Commuter assistance Food provided Health insurance Work Location: In person,
