Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Brainstorm viral-worthy ideas for clients. Support the team in A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative experiments. Skills We Like (Dont Worry - Well Train You Too!): Basic understanding of ads (even if youve just run small campaigns). Interest in social media algorithms & trends.
