We are hiring a Packaging Executive to join our eCommerce operations team. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch in an accurate and timely manner. Ideal for individuals with good attention to detail, physical stamina, and a basic understanding of warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack online orders as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure correct labelling, tagging, and safe packaging of products. Use packing materials like cartons, thermocol, bubble wrap, tape, etc., efficiently. Operate basic devices such as barcode scanners, label printers, and mobile apps. Maintain daily records of packed orders and update tracking logs if required. Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for smooth order handover. Ensure hygiene and safety standards at the packaging station. Report damaged or incorrect inventory to the supervisor. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Minimum 10th or 12th pass; ITI/diploma preferred for advanced roles. Experience: 02 years in eCommerce packaging, warehouse, or logistics preferred. Skills: Basic reading and writing skills in English or local language. Ability to work on mobile devices/apps for order updates.
