Who can manage planning budgeting and costing of Projects

Should have minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and should have been part of at least 2 EndtoEnd ERP implementation covering at least 4 out of the listed

Coordination for timely Implementation of IT projects

Strong focus on customer management resolution of issues

Coordinate internal resources and third partiesvendors for the flawless execution of projects

Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime within scope and within budget

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor

a Session with ADS Workstream leads for kick off the transition process

b Identify ADS Workstream Leads ADS SMEs ADS Process Team and ADS Migration team

c Identify LTIM Leads and Team for different workstreams

d Gather different Workstream Transition Information

e Define Templates for Gathering Information and prepare repository in teams

f Kick off documentation for Individual Workstream

g Track status in documentation for Individual workstream

h Review and Approve Transition documentation

i Review and Define Work Operating model

j Define Operating Processes

k Review and Approve work processes

1 Update Service Now Assignment groups

m Work with ADS on Policy information update

n Plan transition execution

o Plan detailed workstream sessions

p Conduct POC of a particular workstream

q Get access for LTIM teams by different workstreams
