As an Owner Acquisition Associate for Rental Real Estate at Nestaway, you will be responsible for acquiring homeowners with rental properties in Pune (Kharadi / Viman Nagar) and ensuring a seamless experience for both tenants and owners. Your primary responsibilities will include taking ownership of designated houses, conducting periodic checks to maintain Nestaway's quality standards, and minimizing tenant move-outs to ensure high tenant satisfaction. You will be utilizing Nestaway's processes and tools for efficient house onboarding/offboarding and managing move-in and move-out processes for tenants. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in using technology are essential for success in this position.
