The role of Admission Counsellor based in Trivandrum is a full-time, permanent position open to female candidates. Your main responsibilities will include effectively communicating with students and parents to understand their educational goals. You will be required to explain study abroad opportunities in countries such as Germany, France, Sweden, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and more. Providing guidance and support throughout the admission and visa process will be crucial, along with following up on leads and maintaining detailed student records. Ensuring high levels of student satisfaction and trust is essential in this role. We are looking for candidates who possess strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with fluency in English being a must. Prior experience of 2+ years in overseas education counseling is preferred, along with the ability to confidently address student and parent queries. The salary for this position ranges from 12,000 to 15,000 per month, based on experience and performance, with additional incentives such as commission and performance bonuses. The benefits package includes mobile and internet reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts at the in-person office location in Trivandrum.
