Job Description

The Outreach Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to connect with target communities, individuals, and organizations. This role involves building relationships, promoting our [products/services/programs/initiatives], gathering feedback, and facilitating participation. Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement & Relationship Building:
    • Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with community leaders, local organizations, schools, businesses, and individuals within the target areas in Nashik and surrounding regions.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders, representing the organization professionally.
    • Organize and participate in community meetings, workshops, and events to build rapport and gather insights.
  • Program/Service Promotion & Awareness:
    • Effectively communicate the value, benefits, and objectives of our [products/services/programs] to diverse audiences.
    • Conduct presentations, information sessions, and awareness campaigns in various settings (e.g., schools, colleges, community centers, public events).
    • Distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, digital content) and ensure our message reaches the intended recipients.
  • Lead Generation & Enrollment (if applicable):
    • Identify potential beneficiaries, participants, or clients for our programs/services.
    • Assist individuals through the inquiry, application, or enrollment process, providing necessary guidance and support.
    • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and potential leads.
  • Feedback Collection & Reporting:
    • Gather feedback from the community regarding their needs, challenges, and the effectiveness of our initiatives.
    • Prepare detailed reports on outreach activities, progress, challenges, and community insights for management.
    • Contribute to impact assessment and program evaluation efforts.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Program Management, Marketing, Admissions, Sales) to ensure seamless coordination and support for outreach efforts.
    • Identify partnership opportunities with other organizations to amplify reach and impact.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain organized records of contacts, activities, and communication.
    • Manage schedules and logistics for outreach events.
