As an Outlet Manager, you will lead a dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maintain high visual standards in a fashion-forward retail environment. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations and ensuring a top-tier shopping experience. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and mentor store staff Create shift schedules and delegate tasks Conduct performance reviews and staff coaching Store Operations Oversee daily store functions including opening/closing procedures Maintain store cleanliness, layout, and safety standards Manage stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for restocking Sales & Performance Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets Analyze sales reports and implement strategic plans Monitor KPIs and take action to improve underperforming areas Customer Service Ensure all customers receive an exceptional shopping experience Handle escalated complaints professionally Build and maintain customer loyalty Visual Merchandising Ensure merchandise is presented in line with brand standards Support seasonal campaigns and promotional displays Finance & Reporting Manage cash handling and daily banking Prepare and submit reports to area/regional managers Monitor store expenses and work within budget Requirements: Education: High School Diploma (required), Bachelor's in Business/Retail Management or Fashion (preferred) Experience: 2-5 years in retail management (clothing/fashion sector preferred) Skills: Strong leadership and communication, Customer-first mindset, Sales-driven and target-focused, Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus, Yearly bonus Work Location: In person,
