Position: Team Member
Location: Multiple outlets in Mumbai
Salary + Incentives
Shift: 9 hours (Rotational) | 1 weekly off
Extra Perk Details:
- Meal Allowance: 50 per day (based on number of present days)
- Incentive: 500 to 2,000 per month (subject to store performance)
- Loyalty Bonus: One months gross salary on completion of 18 months
- Accidental Insurance: Coverage up to 5,00,000
- Outlet Discount: 40% discount on food and beverages
- We provide 4 meals in a month that comprise of 1 main (burger/wrap) + 1 drink + 1 side (tenders/fries etc), at no cost.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with orders
- Prepare/serve food & maintain hygiene
- Handle POS system & kitchen support
Eligibility:
10th/12th pass
Experience in food chain is a plus
