Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Outbound Telesales Executive (Inside Sales / Telesales Executive) in Chennai within the Telecom / ISP industry. As an energetic and persuasive professional, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to drive business growth through remote sales efforts. Your role involves managing high call volumes, converting leads into qualified prospects, and achieving sales targets within a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: - Engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings. - Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research and follow-ups. - Manage a high volume of leads with a structured and consistent follow-up process. - Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. - Collaborate with the broader sales team to refine outreach and engagement strategies. Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline. - Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in Telecom/ISP. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and the local language. - Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
