The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations. Understand client needs and requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Prepare Quotations according to the requirements of the client Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide regular updates on sales activities, including pipeline status and sales forecasts Good to Have Skills: Bachelor's degree in any stream. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
