The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to our customers, explaining our courses/events, and driving enrollments. This is a target-driven role that offers additional commissions for successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our courses/events. Clearly explain the benefits and features of our offerings to customers. Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing enrollments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing enrollments. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in outbound sales or a similar role. Fluent in Telugu and English. Strong communication and persuasive skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines. Immediate joiners are preferred.
