Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Design and implement complex time and labor requirements, including: Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Time and Labor configuration. Time card layouts and rules for various time entry scenarios. Design and maintenance of time calculation rules, including overtime, shift differentials, and compliance with union regulations. Advise clients on best practices for utilizing Oracle Time and Labor modules. Perform mid-year updates and system adjustments for legislative or organizational changes. Conduct parallel run reconciliations to validate time and labor processes during implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare functional design documents for interfaces, reports, and fast formulas related to Time and Labor. Provide support for compliance with US labor laws, including FLSA, state-specific regulations, and union contracts. Design, test, and implement time-tracking business processes, ensuring efficient data capture and reporting. Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual time processing schedules. Conduct troubleshooting sessions with customers to identify root causes, resolve issues, and provide workarounds. Act as a customer advisor, promoting best practices and ensuring application awareness. Develop and deliver customer-facing documentation related to OTL configuration and usage. Qualifications: Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically the Time and Labor module. Strong functional knowledge of time card rules, absence integration, and time data processing. Familiarity with US labor laws, union agreements, and compliance requirements. Expertise in configuration tools such as FSM, HDL, and PBL. Proven ability to design and execute complex time calculation rules and workflows. Experience with Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Prior experience working with customers to define requirements and deliver effective solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor. Experience with international labor laws and global compliance.,
