Job Description

You will be responsible for extracting and analyzing complex data from Oracle HCM environments related to HR and Compensation. As an HRIS Data & Reporting Analyst, you will specialize in modeling reporting solutions, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Collaborating with HR, HRIS, and IT teams, you will develop reporting models and implement frameworks to enhance reporting capabilities. Your role will require a strong understanding and hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Oracle Fusion OTBI, OBIEE, BIP, Tableau, among others. It is essential to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of HR functions including HR, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation. With over 10 years of experience in deploying HR reports using various reporting models, you will contribute your expertise in working with HR management to generate insightful reports. You will bring your 5+ years of experience in implementing and deploying Oracle HCM Fusion Application OTBI and BIP reporting tools to the role. Additionally, you should be proficient in qualitative and quantitative measurement, as well as data collection design principles. Acting as the subject matter expert for reporting within the Oracle HCM system, you will play a pivotal role in generating reports, maintaining data integrity, and supporting ongoing reporting needs. Conducting training sessions, creating user procedures, guidelines, and documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. Your expertise will be crucial in training clients on new processes and functionalities, as well as onboarding new system users.,
