Qualifications Education and certifications: o BTech/B.E. in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) o MCA, MTech, or MS in CSE, IT, Computer Science and Engineering, or Electronics o Possession of one or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, or any relevant certification for Azure, AWS, or GCP Experience: o 2-18 years of experience in leading and managing IT and cloud security infrastructure projects and customer engagements. o 2-6 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, including security standards, best practices, and vulnerability assessments in public cloud environments. o Proven experience in building, leading, and managing security teams. o Strong skills in project management, service management, and customer handling. o Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, essential for team coordination, partner support, and service discussions, along with strong organizational skills. o Solid analytical abilities with a knack for innovative problem-solving in technical scenarios. o Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure in a dynamic environment. Technical Skills: o Cloud Security: Extensive knowledge of cloud security best practices, with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, and GCP. Proficiency in configuring security controls, monitoring cloud-based threats, and conducting cloud security assessments. o Hybrid IT Environment Experience: Proven expertise as a Hybrid IT Security Architect, including on-premises and cloud security solution implementation for AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP. o Cloud Security Services: Practical experience managing cloud security services and controls, such as Cloud IAM, AD/ADFS, Security Command Center, Cloud Security Scanner, VPC, firewall rules, encryption mechanisms, WAF, and MDO/MDI/MDE solutions. o Technical Proficiency: Strong background in networking, cybersecurity, and information security technologies. Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, encryption, and authentication systems. o Security Technology and Process Management: Experience in evaluating, designing, implementing, optimizing, and documenting a broad range of security technologies and processes. o Security Principles and Compliance: Deep understanding of security principles and best practices, with familiarity in security standards and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CSA) and experience in implementing controls to meet these standards.,
